Julie Welch, Executive Director
Julie Welch is our Executive Director at Keep Evansville Beautiful. She has been working for non-profit organizations for over 15 years. She has a deep knowledge of our community through her years as a television journalist for WEVV. She also has a strong desire to make Evansville a more beautiful place for residents and visitors alike.
Tracy Gunn, Office Manager and Marketing
Tracy joined our team in 2018 and is an enthusiastic member of KEB. There is no challenge she won't take on for the betterment of the organization. Tracy loves Evansville and works hard every day to make it a better place to live for us all.
Joni Mestas, Litter Abatement
Joni currently works with the Economic Improvement District with litter abatement. She feels passionately that people shouldn't litter. Joni is KEB's downtown ambassador!
